High Power Laser Therapy (HPLT) - Dallas Regenerative Center

High Power Laser Therapy (HPLT)

Reduce pain and speed up healing like professional athletes!

What is High Power Laser Therapy?

HPLT, also known as cold laser, healing laser, high intensity laser, soft laser, or laser photo-biostimulation, is defined as a concentrated laser-light energy delivered to the cellular level within the body to stimulate live tissue to heal by activating natural ATP healing, promoting greater oxygenation and blood flow, and reducing inflammation. Your body can heal up to 4X Faster with this safe, natural healing light energy.

The Dallas Regenerative Center uses the most technologically advanced, non-invasive pain management option available today, the Phoenix Thera-Lase System. This FDA approved Class IV portable system provides relief from both acute and chronic pain and injuries and is the same system used by professional athletes such Randy White (NFL, Retired) and Odell Beckham, Jr (NFL) to heal faster and perform at their peak level. Don’t you deserve the same quality of care they do?

How does High Power Laser Therapy work?

The system delivers concentrated laser-light energy to the cellular level of the body. The body then transforms this energy into chemical energy which dramatically accelerates the natural healing of injured or inflamed soft tissue.

What are some of the benefits of High Power Laser Therapy?

HPLT typically results in an immediate cessation of pain, with many patients reporting their pain dropping on a scale of 1-10 from an 8 or higher to a 4 or lower after just the first session.

Multiple studies have also shown that HPLT safely and effectively activates stem cells without any detrimental effect upon the stem cells whatsoever. Laser therapy causes stem cell activation at the target site of photonic stimulation, where stem cell proliferation has been shown to occur along with the maintenance of cellular viability. Laser therapy also enhances stem cell procedures by accelerating articular cartilage regeneration, pain reduction and reduction of bony edema just to name a few of the numerous synergies between the two procedures.

How many treatments are required?

After meeting with one of our Patient Advisors to determine whether HPLT is right for you, our HPLT Certified Specialist will develop your personalized treatment plan, because at the DRC we understand that every patient has their own unique biology, history, and condition to treat.

As a general rule of thumb, each session typically takes 10-15 minutes, and the number of sessions varies between 5-10 depending on your condition and response.
